FIT GUIDE

Find your fit, with the right details.

A little measuring makes choosing feel simpler. Start with the details for the exact piece you love.

01

Where should I check sizing details?

Open the product details on the style you are considering. Use its measurements, units and selected options. Some styles have a measurement chart; if a chart or an important detail is missing, ask us before choosing. A photograph cannot establish fit.

02

How do I measure for clothing?

Use a flexible tape and keep it level, without pulling it tight. Measure over the underwear you would normally wear.

  • Bust: around the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: around your natural waist, without holding your breath.
  • Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Check whether the product chart lists body measurements or garment measurements. They are different. For garment measurements, compare with a similar piece that fits you well, measured using the same method. Do not double a measurement unless the chart tells you to.

03

How do I read a size chart?

Check the stated units before comparing: 1 inch = 2.54 cm. “Relax” means measured without stretching the fabric. It does not describe how much the garment will stretch or guarantee a particular fit.

Labels such as S, M and L, and regional size numbers, can differ between styles. Check every style separately. Follow any product-specific measuring notes and tolerances.

04

How do I check bra and intimates sizing?

Use the chart for the exact style, including its band and cup system where provided. A snug, level underbust measurement and a measurement around the fullest part of your bust can help you compare with that chart. Cup letters and band labels are not interchangeable across every sizing system.

If the required chart, band or cup option is not listed, send us the product link and the sizing question. Do not infer a size from a model photograph or another bra in the collection.

05

How do I check jewellery and accessory dimensions?

Compare the listed length, circumference, opening or adjustable range with an item you already own. “One size” does not mean every fit. For a bag or pouch, check its dimensions and the opening as well as the items you plan to carry; styling props are not included unless listed.

06

What should I check before ordering?

Confirm the selected colour, size and listed contents on the product page. Read the returns policy before purchasing. For care, follow the product instructions and the supplied label; our care notes are general guidance.
