PRIVACY

Your privacy at LUNALAMI.

This notice explains how your information is used when you browse LUNALAMI, shop or contact support. The store operator is identified below.

Information we use

We use the contact, billing, delivery, account and order details you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery, answer questions and handle returns. Site and payment services also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request logs and fraud signals. Do not send passwords or full card details by email.

Orders and payments

We use order details to fulfil our contract with you, prevent fraud and meet accounting and legal duties. Stripe and PayPal process payments through the method you select. Payment providers handle card or wallet credentials; those credentials should be entered only in their secure payment fields. We receive payment status and the transaction information needed to manage your order.

Delivery and service partners

We share necessary order and address information with fulfilment and delivery partners, including partners in China. Hosting, email, payment and website service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Public product pages do not disclose customer details. We may disclose records when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Cart, saved styles and technical storage

Necessary cookies and browser storage support the basket, checkout, sign-in, security and your selected preferences. Saved styles and other browser-based preferences may remain on your device until you clear them. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the basket or checkout from working. Browser controls let you clear stored information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics runs only after you choose Allow optional cookies. It helps us understand visits and interactions with released products, including viewing an item, adding it to your bag and proceeding towards checkout. Analytics cookies help group visits. Our configured analytics events do not include names, email addresses, delivery addresses or payment details, and analytics is excluded from private account, checkout and order-receipt pages. Google processes technical connection, browser and device information under its privacy policy. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this configuration. An earlier advertising-only choice does not enable analytics: the banner requests a new choice. Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject or withdraw optional analytics and advertising; declining them does not prevent shopping. We honour a supported Global Privacy Control signal.

Self-hosted analytics

With the same optional analytics consent, Rybbit on our own analytics server measures page visits, product views, additions to your bag and progress towards checkout. This setup sends page paths, limited campaign tags, an origin-only referrer, language and product IDs, quantities, public selling values and currency. The server processes technical connection and browser information; daily rotating visitor salts are enabled. We do not send names, email addresses, delivery addresses, account IDs, payment details or full URL query strings. We do not enable session recordings or automatic form, copy or button capture. Tracking is excluded from private account, checkout and order-receipt pages, and stops when you reject optional measurement or send a supported Global Privacy Control signal. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice.

Advertising and email choices

If you choose Allow optional cookies, Meta and TikTok may measure the performance of our advertising on this site. The configured advertising events use product IDs, basket and checkout activity, and paid-order value and currency, together with technical connection and browser data. They do not include your name, email address, delivery address or payment-card details, and advanced matching is not enabled. You can reject or withdraw optional measurement at any time through Privacy choices in the footer, and declining does not prevent you from shopping. If your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal, optional tracking is disabled.

Marketing emails require your subscription choice; you can use the unsubscribe link or contact us. Order and service messages are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Order and parcel tracking

The order-status form uses your order number and billing email to look up your store order. The separate parcel form sends the carrier tracking number you enter to 17TRACK only when you select Track package. That parcel lookup does not submit your billing email or payment details. 17TRACK handles its service under its own privacy notice.

Affiliate referrals

Our affiliate program uses Referly to associate referral links with eligible purchases and administer commissions. Referral identifiers, relevant purchase and commission records, and technical information may be processed for this purpose. Referral tracking can use cookies or browser storage; browser privacy settings and blocking may affect attribution. If you register as an affiliate, the portal processes the name, email address and program information you provide, together with your referral and commission records. See our affiliate program guide for the current plan and portal links.

Automated support chat

Our website assistant is provided through Inbox DigLab. Messages and any details you choose to enter are processed to provide automated replies and support. Only share information needed for your question; never enter passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive identity documents in chat. Automated replies can be mistaken. For an order-specific decision, a return, a privacy request or anything needing human confirmation, email [email protected]. The assistant does not replace the checkout payment process or our published policies.

Retention, security and international processing

We retain order and payment records for applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal obligations. Support correspondence and technical records are retained for their service, security and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements; a deletion request does not override mandatory record keeping. Providers may process data outside your country, including the United States and China. We use the safeguards required by applicable law; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, an objection or withdrawal of consent, and complain to your relevant privacy authority. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need proportionate identity checks before disclosing or changing personal information. Withdrawal does not affect necessary order processing or processing already lawfully performed.
